Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and flexible,

If the booking is cancelled 24 hours before the flight, no fees will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled less than 6 hours before the flight, half the booking price will be paid (for inter-governorate travel).
If the booking is cancelled less than 3 hours after the scheduled departure time, half the booking price will be paid (for delivery trips within governorates).
The customer has the right to cancel any attached trip and receive a full refund in case of delay or failure to provide the car.
The customer is compensated (by agreement) for any losses incurred by Alexi Online Limousine.
